摘要
运动损伤时常在中学体育课中发生,为了减少和预防运动损伤,加强了对学生的相关安全意识和相关知识的教育,但是在实践中我们发现初中生对常见运动损伤的认知和基本处理能力相对薄弱.因此本文主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等,以初一、初二、初三学生为研究对象对其进行运动损伤的认知及基本处理能力进行调查和分析,针对实际问题提出科学的对策,以达到改进体育教学的目的.
Sports injuries often occur in physical education classes in middle schools. In order to reduce and prevent sports injuries, we have strengthened the education of students'safety awareness and related knowledge. But in practice, we find that junior middle school students' cognition and basic ability to deal with common sports injuries are relatively weak. Therefore, this paper mainly uses the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the cognitive and basic processing ability of sports injury of the students in the first, second and third grade of junior middle school, and to put forward scientific countermeasures in view of the actual problems, so as to achieve the purpose of improving physical education teaching.
