摘要
膜联蛋白A2(Annexin A2,ANXA2)是一类由Ca 2+调控的具有磷脂结合特性的膜联蛋白,与多种细胞生理过程和临床疾病相关;越来越多的研究证实ANXA2在多种病毒复制周期的不同阶段发挥着重要作用。对ANXA2在病毒感染过程中的作用进行综述,为阐明ANXA2与病毒感染之间的相互作用提供参考。
Annexin A2(ANXA2)belongs to a family of proteins characterized by their Ca 2+-dependent binding to phospholipids.ANXA2 orchestrates many multiple biologic processes and clinical associations.More and more evidences identified that ANXA2 is an important host factor of several viruses at different stages of their life cycle.In this review,the relationship between ANXA2 and different virus infections and its contribution to virus life ceyle was summarized.
