以乡村振兴战略为导向的江西省安义悠然小镇田园综合体总体规划探析

Studies on the Rural Complex Planning of Youran Town, Anyi County, Jiangxi Province based on the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

为了实现"产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕"的乡村振兴战略目标,在系统分析了田园综合体概念内涵的基础上,对田园综合体的本质特征进一步展开剖析,提出了田园综合体拥有以农业为基础、以休闲旅游为核心、以乡村综合发展为目标的三大特征。此外着重论述了田园综合体对实施乡村振兴战略的五大重要意义,并以位于安义县长埠镇的江西安义悠然小镇田园综合体为例,总结归纳出打造富有江西田园特色,集山清水碧、村美人和、业兴客旺、城乡融合为一体的叠翠果香田园综合体设计思路以及田园综合体总体规划四大策略,其中主要包括搭建复合模式、发挥区位优势、发掘地域农耕文化和融入创意规划。本文在乡村振兴战略的大背景下对田园综合体未来发展寻求一条创新性思路,以期对从事田园综合体规划设计的工作人员提供一定的参考和借鉴。

In order to achieve the rural revitalization strategic goal of"thriving industry,creating livable ecology,rural civilization,effective governance,and prosperous life",this paper analyzed the concept connotation and essential characteristics of the rural complex.It put forward that the rural complex’s revitalization was based on agriculture,centered on leisure tourism and aimed at the comprehensive development of rural areas.In addition,five important significances of the rural complex to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy were emphatically discussed.Taking the rural complex of Youran town in Changbu town,Anyi county,Jiangxi province as an example,this paper integrated mountain clear water,village beauty,flourishing tourism and urban-rural combination into the beautiful landscape’s design ideas of rural complex with distinctive Jiangxi’s characteristics.In addition,this paper summarized four strategies for the overall planning of the rural complex,including how to build a composite model,make the most use of the location superiorit,explore regional farming culture and integrate originality into planning.Therefore,this paper hopes to seek an innovative idea for the future development of the rural complex in the context of the rural revitalization strategy and provide certain reference for the staff engaged in the planning and design of rural complex.
