偏光片侧边专用切铣刀盘的设计

摘要 介绍了切削运动系统的构成,分析了刀盘主体的设计内容,包括刀盘材料的选择、刀盘几何尺寸的确定、切削用量、切削力分析及刀盘强度考量和刀盘动平衡检测及要求。经切铣加工后的偏光片在边缘质量及精度方面有了显著提高,极大地提高了偏光片的边缘质量,降低了废品率。 The structure of the cutting motion system is introduced, the design of the cutter head main body is analyzed, including the selection of the cutter head material, the determination of the geometric dimension of the cutter head, the cutting amount, the cutting force analysis, the cutter head strength consideration and the cutter head dynamic balance detection and the requirements. The result shows that the polarizer has a significant improvement in the edge quality and precision, and the edge quality of the polarizer is greatly improved, and the rejection rate is reduced.
