摘要
研究设计了一种新型的装车系统,首先分析目前几种装车系统的优缺点,并提出一种新的方案,介绍了系统的组成部分与工艺流程。对装车系统的给煤系统与装载系统这两个分系统进行了设计选型,其中包括皮带机的设计与液压系统的设计等。对系统最终的应用效果显示,对比其他装车系统,该系统显著提高了装车速度,减少了运输车辆等待时间。
A new loading system is studied and designed.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of several loading systems are analyzed,and a new scheme is put forward,and the components and technological process of the system are introduced.The coal feeding system and loading system of the loading system are designed and selected,including the design of belt conveyor and the design of hydraulic system.The final application effect of the system is analyzed,and compared with other loading systems,the loading speed is significantly improved and the waiting time of transportation vehicles is reduced.
