煤矿“机轨合一”辅助运输系统的设计

摘要 沁和能源集团候村煤矿无专用行人斜巷,如重新开掘一条专用行人巷的成本较大,针对这一情况提出在轨道运输斜巷安装架空乘人装置,组成新的"机轨合一"的煤矿辅助运输系统。对"机轨合一"的煤矿辅助运输系统中存在的问题进行了分析,着重分析巷道断面设计、系统的选型、安装标准、安全设施设计、运行要求等内容,探讨了"机轨合一"系统如何能够安全可靠高效运行。 There is no special pedestrian inclined roadway in Hucun Coal Mine of Qinhe Energy Group,such as the cost of reopening a special pedestrian roadway is relatively high.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward the installation of overhead passenger device in the inclined roadway of rail transportation to form a new coal mine auxiliary transportation system of"machine-rail integration".This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the auxiliary transportation system of coal mine with"the unity of machine and rail",analyzes on the design of roadway section,the selection of system,the installation standard,the design of safety facilities and the operation requirements,and probes into how the system can run safely,reliably and efficiently.
