摘要
针对盘式制动器进行紧急制动时的温度变化,采用ABAQUS软件对于盘式制动器建立有限元模型进行分析,结果表明,在紧急制动时,制动盘和闸瓦的温度变化呈现先升高后下降的趋势,后端的闸瓦温升过程剧烈,出口处的闸瓦磨损严重。在长期的使用中,由于接触的不均,会造成温度变化的不均匀,使得闸瓦的磨损不规律,与实际产生的磨损相一致。
The temperature change of disc brake is analyzed,and the finite element model of disc brake is established by ABAQUS software.The results show that the temperature change of brake disc and brake shoe increases at first and then decreases,the temperature rise process of brake shoe at the back end is severe,and the brake shoe wear at the exit is serious.In the long-term use,due to the uneven contact,the temperature change will be uneven,so that the wear of the brake shoe is irregular,which is consistent with the actual wear.
