摘要
以滚筒式采煤机为研究对象,基于UG、ANSYS等软件对采煤机截割部的前后摇臂、前后提升托架在不同工况下的动力学特性进行分析,得出不同工况下摇臂和提升托架的应力集中位置,为优化截割部的结构,提升其可靠性和稳定性奠定理论基础。
Taking the drum-type coal cutter as the research object,the dynamic characteristics of the front and rear swing arms and the front and rear lifting brackets of the coal cutter cutting part are analyzed based on the software of UG and ANSYS,and the stress concentration positions of the rocker arm and the lifting bracket under different working conditions are obtained,so that the structure of the cutting part is optimized,It lays a theoretical foundation for improving its reliability and stability.
