关于矿用液压支架立柱中缸结构强度的分析 被引量:6

摘要 以液压支架结合特点及中缸强度校核分析为基础,通过建立中缸的仿真模型,开展了中缸的结构强度仿真分析研究,得出"中缸中部内表面及顶部是中缸结构上的薄弱点,在使用过程中,极容易率先出现结构的疲劳失效现象"的结论。以此为基础,对立柱中缸的结构进行改进优化,以期提高中缸和液压支架的结构性能,也为后期中缸的进一步优化研究提供研究思路。 Based on the characteristics of hydraulic support and the strength check analysis of the middle cylinder,the structural strength simulation analysis of the middle cylinder is carried out by establishing the simulation model of the middle cylinder.It is found that the inner surface and top of the middle cylinder are the weak points of the middle cylinder structure,and it is very easy to take the lead in the fatigue failure of the structure in the process of use.On this basis,the structural improvement design of the cylinder in the column is carried out.This plays an important role in improving the structure and performance of the middle cylinder and hydraulic support,and also provides a research idea for the optimization research of the middle cylinder in the later stage.
