摘要
针对大同煤矿集团同生峪沟煤业有限公司机电科为解决巷道掘进时因小平方电缆铺设路线长而面临的电缆铺设时劳动强度大、电缆破损率高、效率低等技术难题,通过技术研究设计的一套矿用电缆卷收装置,探究其结构及工作原理,并分析电缆卷收装置优点及经济效益以及在2104巷掘进中的应用效果。
In order to solve the technical problems such as long route of small square cable laying,high labor intensity,high cable damage rate and low efficiency in roadway excavation,a set of mine cable winding device was designed through technical research,explored its structure and working principle,analyzed the advantages and economic benefits of cable winding device,and applied it in 2104 roadway excavation.Remarkable results have been achieved.
