摘要
针对大同煤矿集团同生峪沟煤业有限公司为防止矿用带式输送机在运转过程中出现撕带故障,通过技术研究设计的一套带式输送机防撕裂装置,阐述了皮带激光防撕裂装置的组成,在探究其工作原理的基础上,分析了皮带激光防撕裂装置的优缺点以及在5107巷带式输送机上安装应用的效果,实践应用取得了显著成效。
In order to prevent tear accident of belt conveyor in operation,the composition of belt laser tear prevention device is expounded,and on the basis of exploring its working principle,and the advantages and disadvantages of belt laser tear proof device are analyzed,and the belt conveyor is installed and applied in 5107 roadway,and remarkable results have been obtained through practical application.
