摘要
结合采煤机齿轨轮使用过程中存在的问题,通过确定齿轨轮的结构尺寸,采用Solidworks和ABAQUS软件,建立了齿轨轮与销排的仿真模型,开展了不同中心距对齿轨轮啮合特性的影响分析,找到不同中心距对齿轨轮啮合特性的影响规律,对选用合理参数齿轨轮、延长齿轨轮使用寿命、提高采煤机的生产效率具有重要的指导意义。
Combined with the problems existing in the use of gear of shearer,by determining the structure size of gear,using Solidworks and ABAQUS software,the simulation model of gear and pin row is established,the influence of different center distance on the meshing characteristics of gear is analyzed,the influence law of different center distance on the meshing characteristics of gear is found,and the service life of gear is prolonged by selecting reasonable parameter gear.It is of great guiding significance to improve the production efficiency of shearer.
