为改进采煤机摇臂齿轮工作过程中设备故障等原因,对采煤机摇臂各级齿轮的运动进行了运动学分析,同时利用Ansys DesighXplorer对采煤机摇臂进行了优化设计,为采煤机摇臂齿轮的改进提供重要的依据。

In order to improve the equipment failure in the working process of shearer rocker gear,the kinematic analysis of all levels of gear movement of shearer rocker arm is carried out,and the optimal design of shearer rocker arm is carried out by using Ansys DesighXplorer,which provides an important basis for the improvement of shearer rocker gear.
