采煤机滑靴的优化研究

摘要 结合国内外学者的研究结果,利用Pro-E三维造型软件对采煤机滑靴前期充型过程中实时温度与充型速度对滑靴充型的影响进行了模拟,为实际采煤机滑靴铸造过程试件材料的选择、设计、形状等参数的选择提供理论参考。 Combined with researches from home and abroad,the influence of real-time temperature and filling speed on the filling process of shearer slippers is simulated by using Pro-E three-dimensional modeling software,which provides practical significance for the selection of specimen materials,design,shape and other parameters in the casting process of shearer slippers.
