摘要
以带式输送机结构组及使用过程中典型的故障类型分析为基础,开展了故障诊断系统的优化改进研究,并将其在常村煤矿中的带式输送机上进行了现场应用测试,结果表明:该故障诊断系统具有更高的诊断精度,故障处理实时响应速度更快,能更好地满足带式输送机的故障诊断需求,单套系统可为企业节约1/6的相关费用支出。
Based on the analysis of the structural group and typical fault types of belt conveyor,the optimization and improvement of fault diagnosis system is carried out,and its field application test is carried out on belt conveyor in Changcun Coal Mine.The results show that the fault diagnosis system has higher diagnosis accuracy,faster real-time response speed of fault treatment,and can better meet the fault diagnosis requirements of belt conveyor.A single system can save enterprises 1/6 of the related expenses.
