摘要
针对阳煤集团二矿副井提升机电控系统不能满足当前生产实际需求的问题,在分析该矿副井提升机实际运行所存在问题及原因的基础上,对其副井提升机电控系统的总体结构、主控系统以及上位机监控系统进行改造。经实践表明,改造后副井提升机电控系统不仅能够提高系统运行的安全性,还能够节约维修时间和成本。
Aiming at the problem that the improvement of the electromechanical control system of the secondary well of the Yangmei Group can not meet the actual demand of the current production,the general structure of the electromechanical control system of the auxiliary well is analyzed on the basis of the analysis of the problems and the causes of the actual operation of the auxiliary shaft of the mine.And the main control system and the upper computer monitoring system are modified.The practice shows that the improvement of the electromechanical control system of the secondary well can not only improve the operation safety of the system,but also save the maintenance time and cost.
