Practice on Rapid Installation Technology of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

为了提高综采工作面设备安装效率及安装质量,缩短工作面设备安装时间,保证煤矿回采衔接任务顺利完成,大同煤矿集团雁崖煤业公司综采二队通过技术研究,对三盘区8308工作面安装时,合理分析了工作面设备安装准备工作,提出了合理有效快速的安装工艺以及安全技术措施。通过实际应用,8308工作面安装周期缩短7 d,设备安装合格率达97%以上,保证后期工作面安全高效回采。

In order to improve the installation efficiency and quality of equip ment in fully mechanized mining face,shorten the installation time of working face equipment,and ensure the smooth completion of coal mining connection task,the second team of fully mechanized mining in Yanya Coal Industry Company of Datong Coal Mine Group,through technical research,reasonably analyzes the equipment installation preparation work of 8308 working face in Sanpan District,and puts forward reasonable,effective and rapid installation technology,as well as safety technical measures.Through practical application,the installation cycle of 8308 working face is shortened by 7 days,and the qualified rate of equipment installation is more than 97%,which ensures the safe and efficient mining of working face in the later stage.
