摘要 从SDCS-XHC采集控制箱、SDCS-F1智能控制分站、SDCS-FZ智能组态主站和启动器保护装置等方面介绍了线式智能排水系统,并分析了该系统的功能设计。野川煤业有限公司通过采用一线式智能排水系统可减少人工维护工作量,实现了矿井技术人员既可根据生产、排水需求改造升级满足排水自动化系统的需求,同时又可应用系统的智能分析功能实现排水泵避峰填谷,最终实现了矿井排水系统减人提效、节能降耗的目的。 The line-type intelligent drainage system is introduced from the SDCS-XHC acquisition control box,the SDCS-F1 intelligent control substation,the SDCS-FZ intelligent configuration master station and the starter protection device,and the functional design of the system is analyzed.By adopting the first-line intelligent drainage system,the operation workload of the manual maintenance can be reduced by adopting a first-line intelligent drainage system,so that the requirements of the drainage automation system can be met by the technical personnel of the mine,At the same time,the intelligent analysis function of the system can be applied to realize the peak-filling and valley filling of the drainage pump.Finally,the purpose of reducing human efficiency and energy consumption of mine drainage system is realized.thereby achieving the goal of economy and high efficiency.
