EBZ300(A)型矿用掘进机截割煤(岩)巷自动控制技术研究

摘要 为解决掘进机在复杂的工作环境中定位困难、断面质量差、劳动强度高等问题,以PLC自动控制器作为控制核心,分别论述了EBZ300(A)型掘进机截割巷道的位姿自动检测、自动纠偏控制、断面自动成形截割等自动控制技术。应用表明,在自动化控制下掘进机成巷速度快,断面质量好,为矿井巷道高质量掘进提供了可行性技术。 In order to solve the problems of difficulty in positioning the heading machine in complex working environment,poor section quality and high labor intensity,the automatic controller of the PLC is used as the control core,and the automatic detection and automatic deviation correction control of the cutting tunnel of the EBZ300(A)heading machine are discussed,respectively.Automatic cross-section forming and cutting and other automatic control techniques.The application shows that the tunneling speed of the heading machine is high and the cross section quality is good under the control of the automatic control,and the feasibility technique is provided for the high-quality driving of the mine tunnel.
