MG300/700-WD型采煤机井下精确定位控制系统的研究

摘要 针对现有综采设备对煤层地质状态无法判断、其综采作业完全依靠人工调整的情况,以寿阳开元矿井下综采面为研究对象,采用CT探测技术对井下煤层分布和地质状态进行研究,绘制了其工作面的地质信息系统,同时利用GIS(地理信息系统)自主定位控制系统,实现采煤机工作时根据煤矿煤层分布特性自动选择最适宜的综采作业方案,满足煤矿井下综采作业自动化的需求。 In view of the fact that the existing fully mechanized mining equipment can not judge the geological state of coal seam,and its fully mechanized mining operation depends entirely on manual adjustment,taking the fully mechanized mining face under Shouyang Kaiyuan Mine as the research object,using CT detection technology to study the distribution and geological state of underground coal seam,the geological information system of its working face is drawn,and the GIS(Geographic Information system)autonomous positioning and control system is used at the same time.When the shearer works,the most suitable fully mechanized mining operation scheme can be selected automatically according to the distribution characteristics of coal seam,so as to meet the needs of fully mechanized mining operation automation in coal mine.
