摘要
对基于虚拟现实技术的掘进机远程控制系统的总体结构、通信系统和虚拟仿真平台的设计进行了研究,在仿真实验平台上对该虚拟控制系统的实际控制效果进行了验证。结果表明,该虚拟远程控制系统实现了对掘进机煤矿井下作业具有多维空间信息交互的虚拟仿真控制,降低了井下作业人员的劳动强度,提升了掘进机工作时的精确性和可靠性。
The overall structure,communication system and virtual simulation platform design of roadheader remote control system based on virtual reality technology are studied,and the actual control effect of the virtual control system is verified on the simulation experiment platform.The results show that the virtual remote control system realizes the virtual simulation control with multi-dimensional spatial information interaction for the accurate control of the underground operation of the roadheader,reduces the labor intensity of the underground operators,and improves the accuracy and reliability of the roadheader.
