摘要
针对解决液压支架电气自动化的问题,在调研工作面液压支架所必需的功能和要求的基础上,完成了对电液控制系统硬件和软件的设计。在硬件设计中着重对传感器和PLC控制器进行选型,在软件设计中着重完成了单架单动作、成组联动以及自动补压的流程图设计,为提升综采工作面生产的自动化水平奠定基础。
To solve the problem of electric automation of hydraulic support,the design of hardware and software of the electro-hydraulic control system is completed on the basis of the function and requirements necessary to investigate the hydraulic support of the working face.In the hardware design,the selection of the sensor and the PLC controller is emphasized.In the software design,the flow chart design of single-frame single-action,group linkage and automatic pressure-filling is emphatically completed,which lays the foundation for improving the automation level of the production of the fully-mechanized mining face.
