精益制造体系在样车试制中的应用探索 被引量:2

摘要 首先阐述了全球精益制造体系(英文简称为GMS,Global Manufacturing System)的含义及其目的,结合样车试制,指出了GMS在样车试制阶段的重要性。其次,以上汽通用汽车样车试制(后续简称为SGM PPO)为例,按GMS 5大原则逐一介绍了GMS在SGM PPO的应用情况,重点突出了基于样车试制的鲜明特点,对GMS进行了自适应修改,以契合GMS精益制造理念的同时,也弥补了样车试制不同于量产的特殊性;最后对GMS在样车试制的未来发展进行了展望。 Firstly,this paper explains the meaning and purpose of GMS(Global Manufacturing System),and points out the importance of GMS in the pre-production phase.Secondly,according to the five principles of GMS,this paper introduces the application of GMS in SGM PPO,and highlights the self-adapting modification of GMS in SGM PPO,in order to conform to the lean manufacturing concept of GMS.At the same time,it makes up for the particularity of the pre-production which is different from plant.Finally,this paper prospects the future development of GMS in the SGM PPO.
