摘要 在煤矿提升系统中,由于钢丝绳特殊的编制结构和复杂的运行状态,很容易发生故障。因此,对其进行可靠性评价是非常必要的。以AHP和FMEA分析法为理论依据,建立了煤矿提升钢丝绳的安全评价体系和风险性评估方法,通过理论验证和实践应用,可知两种方法客观、科学,与现场相符合。本文提出的安全评价与风险性评估相结合的方法能够为钢丝绳可靠性分析、故障判断和日常维检提供指导。 In coal mine hoisting system,wire rope is prone to failure because of its special compilation structure and complex operation state.Therefore,it is very necessary to evaluate its reliability.Based on the theory of AHP and FMEA analysis,the safety evaluation system and risk assessment method of coal mine hoisting wire rope are established.Through theoretical verification and practical application,it can be seen that the two methods are objective,scientific and consistent with the field.The method of safety evaluation and risk assessment proposed in this paper can provide guidance for reliability analysis,fault judgment and daily maintenance inspection of wire rope.
