轮对是铁路内燃机车走行部的关键部件,其质量的好坏直接关系到铁路机车能否安全平稳地运行。以DF4D型内燃机车轮对损伤为对象,对机车轮对损伤形式、原因和防范方法进行了探讨,最终提出在实际运用中降低轮对损伤的可行性技术手段。

Wheelset is the key component of the running part of railway diesel locomotives,and its quality is directly related to whether the railway locomotives can run safely and smoothly.Taking the wheel pair damage of DF4 D internal combustion engine as the object,the damage form,cause and prevention method of locomotive wheelset are discussed,and finally the feasible technical means to reduce wheelset damage in practical application are put forward.
