Thinking and Prospect on Land Ecology Remediation in Shaanxi Province in the New Period

近年来,随着生态文明建设已上升到“五位一体”战略高度,习总书记提出“山水林田湖是一个生命共同体”的重要理念,积极创新践行“土地整治+”理念刻不容缓。在理清新时期土地整治迫切要求的情势下,充分梳理土地整治的内涵和外延后,对统筹实施土地生态整治工程进行展望:构建土地生态整治工程体系;探索土地整治新模式,提升土地服务功能;创新设计理念,加强土地生态整治;建立和完善生命周期开发与综合整治机制。

In recent years,as ecological civilization has risen to the strategic height of“five-in-one”,General Secretary Xi Jin-ping has put forward the important idea that“mountain-water-forest-field-lake is a community of life”,and it is urgent to actively innovate and practice the concept of“land remediation+”.Under the circumstance of clarifying the urgent requirements for land remediation in the new era,after fully combing the connotation and extension of land remediation,the paper would look forward to the overall implementation of land ecological remediation projects:construct a land ecological remediation project system;explore new models for land remediation and improve land service functions;innovate design concepts and strengthen land ecological improvement;establish and improve the life cycle development and comprehensive rectification mechanism.
