摘要
为了克服传统方法从茶叶中提取咖啡因步骤繁琐、耗时长、过程难控制等缺点,从时间、试剂、产量和环保等因素综合考虑,得出咖啡因的提取条件为采用溶剂萃取法,原料为云南大叶种茶叶10 g,水80 mL,提取时间2 h,乙酸乙酯萃取后吸附、结晶得到白色咖啡因晶体,提取率为0.66%。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods in extracting caffeine from tea leaves,such as cumbersome steps,long time-consuming and difficult to control the process,the extraction conditions of caffeine were obtained.Based on the comprehensive consideration of time,reagent,yield and environmental protection,the extraction conditions of caffeine were obtained as follows:using solvent extraction method,the raw material of Yunnan large-leaf tea was 10 g,80 mL water,and the extraction time 2 h,then,ethyl acetate extraction,impurity was removed and white caffeine crystals were obtained by adsorption and crystallization and the extraction rate was 0.66%.
