醇烯加成合成3-甲氧基丙酸甲酯精馏分离过程

Distillation process for synthesis of methyl 3-methoxypropionate by direct addition with alcohols and olefins

采用Aspen Plus软件进行对醇烯加成合成3-甲氧基丙酸甲酯(MMP)的反应液模拟研究,确定了脱轻塔和精制塔操作压力、塔板数、最佳进料位置、回流比分别为20kPa和10kPa,12和9,6和6,0.45和0.41。模拟分离计算最终得到MMP的含量大于99.99%。通过实验室小试进行验证,结果与计算结果基本一致,说明本文建立的模拟方法是可靠的。

A two-column distillation process for MMP from additon CH4 O and C4 H6 O2 was simulated with Aspen Plus.The operating pressures,stage numbers,optimal feed stage and the reflux ratios were determined to be 20 kPa and 10 kPa 12 and 9,6 and 6,0.45 and 0.41. The mass fraction of MMP was over 99.99%.Experimental research was almost the same as simulation. This showed that the simulation method established in this paper was reliable.
