摘要
秦皇岛32-6油田CEPI管理中心注水流程的稳定性直接关系到整个油田生产流程的稳定。通过技术创新将闲置的LV-4101控制逻辑进行组态修改,将其改为PV-4101A,其开度由注水增压泵出口管线压力控制,以协助PV-4112共同维持注水管网压力的稳定,提供双重保障,在减少注水关断,维持整个油田生产流程的稳定性方面做出了巨大贡献。
The stability of water injection process in CEPI management center of Qinhuangdao 32-6 oilfield is directly related to the stability of production process of the whole oilfield.Through technological innovation,the idle LV-4101 control logic was modified to PV-4101 A.Its opening is controlled by the pressure of the outlet pipeline of the water injection booster pump to assist PV-4112 to maintain the pressure stability of the water injection network.Providing double protection in reducing water injection shutdown.Great contributions have been made in maintaining the stability of the entire oil field production process.
