本文首先介绍了海上平台注汽锅炉上的安全阀的结构和工作原理,然后详细阐述了满足ASME BPVC第一篇的安全阀的典型特点,以及锅炉安全阀的特殊安装要求和材质要求,最后针对锅炉安全阀的密封性要求提出了具体的设计原则,并通过实例给出了锅炉安全阀的排量验证方法。

This paper first introduces the structure and working principle of the safety valve on the offshore platform steam injection boiler,then elaborates on the typical characteristics of the safety valve which meets the first chapter of ASME BPVC,as well as the special installation requirements and material requirements of the boiler safety valve. Finally,it puts forward the specific design principles for the sealing requirements of the boiler safety valve,and gives the displacement of the boiler safety valve through an example.
