表面活性剂在缓蚀阻垢方面的应用

摘要 华北油田某采油厂,在油气开采过程中,会伴随着无机盐结垢或者腐蚀的现象,严重时会造成油管失效、穿孔等现象,缩短检泵周期,影响正常生产。本文采用了表面活性剂、螯合剂、杀菌剂互溶剂等原料作为缓蚀阻垢剂,对2个作业区10口井进行现场试验,试验结果表明,加药前后产出液的Fe2+浓度减少了89%;矿化离子浓度增加了17%,缓蚀率到达70%以上,阻垢率达到85%以上,起到了良好的缓蚀阻垢效果,现场应用3年,检泵周期从加药前的180天延长至1086天,经济效益显著。 In a production plant of North China Oilfield,inorganic salt scaling or corrosion will occur in the process of oil and gas exploitation,which will cause tubing failure and perforation,shorten the pump inspection cycle and affect normal production. In this paper,surfactant(imidazoline),chelating agent and bactericide mutual solvent were used as corrosion and scale inhibitors. Field tests were carried out in 10 wells in two working areas. The results showed that the concentration of Fe2+ in the produced liquid decreased by 89% before and after adding the medicine,and the concentration of mineralized ions increased by 17%,which achieved good corrosion and scale inhibition effect. After three years of field application,the pump inspection cycle was shorter than before adding the medicine. The 180 days were extended to 1086 days,which reduced the labor intensity and increased the production time,thus guaranteeing the safe production of the oil production plant.
