摘要
压裂充填技术是一种有效的增产技术,其基本原理是:由于常规砾石充填防砂作业会导致很高的表皮效应,因而达不到预期产量的目标,而压裂充填技术则是以大于底层破裂压力的充填压力在近井地带形成人工裂缝,并用支撑剂进行支撑,从而提高近井地带流道,提高渗透率,达到增产的目的。常用于疏松或胶结不好的地层,实现进一步改善防砂的效果。压裂充填的参数包括:充填摩阻(泵压)、压裂充填井层的选择、压裂液、支撑剂的选择,砂比,排量,冲筛比等等,这些参数对压裂充填效果均有较大的影响。本文将通过对渤海湾2口井的压裂充填施工情况分析服务管柱内径对充填摩阻的影响。
Fracpac is an effective stimulation technique. The rationale for this is that,because conventional gravel pack sand control practices result in high skin effects,the expected yield is not met,Fracpac is a technique in which the backfill pressure is greater than the bottom fracture pressure to form artificial fractures in the near-wellbore area,supported by proppant,thereby increasing the flow path,permeability and stimulation in the near-wellbore area. Used in the formation of loose or cemented,further improve the effect of sand control fracturing parameters include:filling packing friction(pump) the selection of fracturing Wells filling layer fracturing fluid proppant choice,sand ratio,displacement,blunt sieve ratio and so on,these have significant influence of parameters on the fracturing effect of filling this article through to the bohai bay two Wells fracturing filling construction situation analysis service string inside diameter of filling the influence of friction.
