摘要
主要针对施工项目HSE管理上执行力不强的情况,通过从管理程序、人员技能和意愿三个方面进行了认真的剖析,通过不断改进优化管理程序、提高人员技能等方面来采取管理手段,才能提升项目HSE执行力,不断减少项目的不安全行为、未遂事件和事故的发生。
Mainly in view of the lack of implementation of project HSE management,through the management process,personnel skills and willingness to carry out a serious analysis,through continuous improvement of the management process,improve personnel skills and other aspects of management measures. Can improve the project executive ability for HSE continuously reduce the project’s unsafe behavior,attempted incidents and accidents.
