Application of Microbial Wax Removal and Prevention Technology in SD Oilfield

SD油田原油含蜡量高,生产中结蜡严重,直接导致了油井蜡卡躺井,检泵作业过程仍多次遇阻,增加作业费用油井,需要采取措施从井底到井口防止结蜡,保障正常生产及修井检泵的顺利进行。本项目通过在S1-11、S1平1、侧S2-2等井开展微生物清防蜡技术,跟踪现场应用效果。

The SD oil field has a high amount of wax in crude oil and serious wax in production,which directly causes the oil well wax card lying well.The pumping operation process is still encountered several times,increasing the operating costs of the oil well,and measures need to be taken from the bottom of the well to the wellhead to prevent wax.Ensure the smooth operation of normal production and well inspection pumps.In this project,microorganism wax removal technology is carried out in S1-11,S1 level1 and S2-2 wells to track the effect of field application.
