摘要
气田有9口气井出现产油现象,产油量逐年增加,生产中发生油堵采气管道及站内设备,导致管线超压的问题,存在安全隐患。为了解决油堵地面工艺的问题,对气井产出物进行化验,根据化验数据及实际生产需求,对地面集输工艺进行改造,经过多方案对比,形成了"井口加热+站内分离"的除油工艺,目前已恢复气井生产运行。
There are 9 gas wells in the gas field that produce oil,and the oil production is increasing year by year.Oil blockage of gas production pipelines and station equipment occurs in production,resulting in overpressure of pipelines and potential safety hazards.In order to solve the problem of oil plugging surface technology,the gas well output is tested according to the test data and actual production demand.The surface gathering and transportation technology has been reformed and compared with other schemes.The oil removal process of"wellhead heating+station separation"has been formed,and the production operation of gas wells has been restored.
