摘要 瓦斯对煤矿安全生产威胁极大,针对高瓦斯矿井综采工作面的瓦斯治理难题,分析15203工作面的具体工程概况及其危害,按照瓦斯治理目标,设计了工作面回采前的瓦斯预抽配合工作面回采期间的顶板高位钻孔抽放瓦斯与工作面上隅角埋管抽放采空区瓦斯的联合抽采方案,并在实施过程中加强瓦斯浓度监测,监测数据统计表明,整个15203工作面回采期间,上隅角的瓦斯浓度控制在0.5%以内,回风流中的瓦斯浓度控制在0.35%以内,瓦斯治理效果较好,有效保障了矿井安全生产。 Gas is a great threat to the safety of coal mine production.Aiming at the difficult problem of gas control in fully mechanized mining face of high gas mine,The specific engineering situation and hazards of 15203 working face are analyzed.According to the goal of gas control,a combined scheme of gas pre-drainage before working face and gas drainage in goaf with top borehole and buried pipe in upper corner of working face was designed.In the process of implementation,gas concentration monitoring was strengthened,and monitoring data statistics showed that during the whole mining period of 15203 working face,The gas concentration in the upper corner is controlled within 0.5%and in the return air flow is controlled within 0.35%.The gas control effect is good,which effectively guarantees the safety of mine production.
