玛湖区块钻井关键技术研究与应用

摘要 针对玛湖区块钻井施工中存在的泥岩易缩径、地层倾角大、井斜易超标、八道湾组下部砾岩易损伤钻头、易漏、易垮等,导致机械钻速慢、复杂故障时效高等问题,通过钻头螺杆优选、轨迹控制、钻井液体系优选及复杂故障预防等研究,形成了一套适合玛湖区块的优快钻井配套技术,通过MH207井应用,机械钻速16.18m/h,比邻井提高63.83%,复杂时效零,为后期井施工提供了宝贵的经验。 Aiming at the problems in drilling construction in Mahu Block,such as mudstone shrinkage,large formation dip,well deviation easily exceeding the standard,conglomerate in lower Badaowan Formation easy to damage drill bits,easy to leak,easy to collapse,etc.It leads to the problems of slow penetration rate and high time effectiveness of complex faults.Through the study of bit screw optimization,trajectory control,drilling fluid system optimization and complex fault prevention,etc.A set of matching technology of high-speed drilling suitable for Mahu block has been formed,which has been applied in MH207 well.The penetration rate is 16.18 m/h,63.83%higher than that of the adjacent wells,and the complex time-effect is zero,which provides valuable experience for later well construction.
