摘要
本文主要分析了陆地超深井石油钻机液压盘刹系统响应滞后的原因,并提出了优化方案,通过实施这些优化方案,使液压盘刹系统的响应速度得到明显提升。通过现场试验证明,能够很好地满足钻机实际使用要求。
This paper mainly analyzes the reasons for the response lag of the hydraulic disc brake system of the land ultra-deep drilling rig,and the optimization scheme is proposed.Through the implementation of these optimization schemes,the response speed of the hydraulic disc brake system is significantly improved.It is proved that the system can well meet the actual requirements of the drilling rig through field test.
