内浮顶罐铝制浮盘订货及安装前问题探讨

Discussion on Problems Before Order and Installment of Aluminium Internal Floating Roof

内浮盘一般由设计院提出条件,制造厂设计、制造和安装,使用单位运行操作。关系到设备寿命周期的主要阶段存在脱节:用方需求不能很好反馈,到货与需求有差距,安装过程经常出现的问题。本文根据大型储运设备建设经验,从设备使用和管理方角度,对常用内浮顶罐浮盘设计细节、制造质量,安装等方面提出一些需要考虑的要素、将设计、制造、安装阶段问题提前考虑,以保证内浮盘更有利于施工安装、安全运行操作、维护维修以及更好的技术经济性。

An internal floating roof is designed,manufactured and installed in a factory,according to engineering institute’s technical requirements,and be used in a refinery.There must be divorced from practice,requirements from end user neither be fed back nor actualized.In the opinion of an end user on equipment operation and management,the following additional technique factors in this paper such as design factor,manufacture quality and installation should be taken into account,during order an internal floating roof of welded steel tanks for oil storage.Such as a roof’s construction influences on oil and gas vapor losses,static electricity conductive cable will be corroded seriously,and other additional requirements in batch production of roofs should be told to the manufacturer clearly before ordering and building.It will be beneficial on installation,reliability and safe operation,maintenance and overhaul from a point of view of technical economy.
