天麻钩藤饮联合卡托普利治疗肝阳上亢型高血压效果观察

Effects of Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with Captopril on hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity

目的:探讨肝阳上亢型高血压实施天麻钩藤饮联合卡托普利治疗的效果。方法:选取120例肝阳上亢型高血压患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用卡托普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合天麻钩藤饮,分析患者的疗效、中医症候积分、生化指标及用药安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后头痛、眩晕、心悸积分,血管紧张素Ⅱ水平低于对照组,一氧化氮水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肝阳上亢型高血压实施天麻钩藤饮联合卡托普利治疗可有效减轻症状,改善血管紧张状态,疗效良好,且安全性高。

Objective:To investigate effects of Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with Captopril on hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity.Methods:120 cases of hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).The control group was treated with Captopril,while the observation group was combined with Tianma Gouteng decoction on the basis of that of the control group.Then,the efficacies,TCM symptom scores,biochemical indicators and medication safety of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of headache,dizziness and palpitations as well as the angiotensin II level of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the treatment;the level of nitric oxide was significantly higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with Captopril can effectively alleviate the symptoms and improve the vascular tension in the patients with hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity with good curative effect and high safety.
