柴桂温胆定志汤加减治疗癫痫的效果观察

Effects of Chai Gui Wen Dan Dingzhi decoction in treatment of epilepsy

目的:观察柴桂温胆定志汤加减治疗癫痫的效果。方法:选取100例癫痫患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组给予卡马西平治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合柴桂温胆定志汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分、炎性因子[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组的治疗有效率为86.00%(43/50),明显高于对照组的68.00%(34/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的意识状态、抽搐、强直症状积分及IL-2、TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规抗癫痫药物相比,联合柴桂温胆定志汤治疗癫痫的效果更显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,且用药安全性较高。

Objective:To explore effects of Chai Gui Wen Dan Dingzhi decoction in treatment of epilepsy.Methods:100 patients with epilepsy were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Carbamazepine,while the study group was treated with Chai Gui Wen Dan Dingzhi decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,inflammatory factor[interleukin-2(IL-2),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the study group was 86.00%(43/50),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.00%,34/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of consciousness status,convulsions and rigidity symptoms as well as the IL-2 and TNF-αlevels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with conventional anti-epileptic drugs,Chai Gui Wen Dan Dingzhi decoction has a more significant effect on epilepsy.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors with higher safety.
