动态心电图对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者心律失常的诊断价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨分析动态心电图对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者心律失常的诊断价值。方法:选取收治的90例冠心病患者为研究对象,所有患者均予动态心电图(DCG)及常规心电图(ECG)检查,比较两种检查方法的诊断阳性率及对各类型心律失常的诊断结果。结果:DCG诊断心律失常阳性率为91.11%,高于ECG诊断的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DCG对室性期前收缩二、三联律,室性期前收缩,房性期前收缩二、三联律,房性期前收缩成对,房室传导阻滞及阵发性室上性心动过速检出率均高于ECG检查方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动态心电图对冠心病患者心律失常具有重要的诊断价值,且具有无创、操作简便等优点,能够为心律失常的疾病诊断提供指导作用。
