优质护理对高危妊娠初产妇分娩方式及妊娠结局的影响

Effects of high-quality nursing service on delivery mode and pregnancy outcomes in primiparas with high-risk pregnancy

目的:观察优质护理对高危妊娠初产妇分娩方式及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取80例高危妊娠初产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予优质护理。比较两组分娩方式、妊娠结局、新生儿结局和产妇护理前后焦虑、抑郁程度。结果:观察组自然分娩率明显高于对照组,阴道助产率及剖宫产率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇不良妊娠结局发生率和不良新生儿结局发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上实施优质护理,有利于提高高危妊娠初产妇的自然分娩率,改善产妇负性情绪,降低不良妊娠结局和不良新生儿结局的发生率。

Objective:To observe effects of high-quality nursing service on delivery mode and pregnancy outcomes in primiparas with high-risk pregnancy.Methods:80 cases of primiparas with high-risk pregnancy were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given high-quality nursing service based on that of the control group.The delivery mode,pregnancy outcomes,neonatal outcome,anxiety and depression before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the rates of vaginal midwifery and cesarean section in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal and neonatal adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:High-quality nursing service based on the routine nursing for the primiparas with high-risk pregnancy can increase the natural delivery rate,improve the maternal negative emotions,and improve the maternal and neonatal pregnancy outcomes.
