摘要 为了实现对交流永磁同步电机的高性能控制,设计了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)和智能功率模块(IPM)的全数字交流伺服驱动器。主要介绍了该驱动器的基本原理、伺服控制单元的硬件设计方案和软件实现流程。实验结果表明,所设计的驱动器能够在控制参数不变的情况下驱动电机稳定跟踪阶跃信号和正弦信号,并具有很好的动态性能和稳态精度。 In order to achieve high performance control of the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor, an all-digital AC servo drive is designed based on the digital signal processor(DSP) and the intelligent power module(IPM). The basic principle of the drive, the hardware design scheme and the software implementation flow of the servo control unit are mainly introduced. The test results show that the designed drive can drive the motor to stably track step signals and sinusoidal signals with the same control parameters, and it features good dynamic performance and steady-state accuracy.
