摘要
作为舰载型雷达的关键结构件,机柜的刚强度性能起到举足轻重的作用。为了验证某舰载型配重机柜的结构可靠性,根据振动试验的实际工况,对其进行了有限元振动仿真分析,在使用模态叠加法的基础上通过大质量法对其进行了扫频振动的谐响应分析,将仿真和试验的频响输出结果作对比。结果表明,仿真分析的频响曲线和扫频试验测得的曲线趋势一致,且幅值接近,说明该仿真方法可为机柜的振动特性及下一步的结构优化提供参考。
The rigidity and intensity performance of the cabinet, the key structural component of the shipborne radar, plays a decisive role. In order to verify the structural reliability of a shipborne counterweight cabinet, according to the actual working conditions of the vibration test, the finite element vibration simulation analysis is carried out. Based on the modal superposition method, the harmonic response analysis of the sweep frequency vibration is performed through the large mass method. The frequency response results of the simulation and the test are compared, which indicate that the frequency response curves of the simulation analysis are consistent with those of the sweep frequency test and their amplitudes are also close. The simulation method can provide reference for the vibration characteristics and subsequent structural optimization of the cabinet.
