摘要
天线的可靠性在很大程度上影响了雷达的性能指标。针对某对数周期天线在跑车试验中出现局部断裂的现象,对该形式的天线进行了结构优化设计。为了验证优化设计后天线的刚强度性能能否满足使用要求,对其进行了模态分析和随机振动分析。分析结果表明,最大应力值小于所选金属材料的许用应力,具备车载环境的抗振能力。该优化设计可为同类对数周期天线的结构设计提供参考。
Antenna reliability affects the radar performance index to some extent. In view of the phenomenon that a log-periodical antenna partially fractured during the running test, this type of antenna is optimized structurally. In order to verify whether the rigidity and strength performance of the optimized antenna can satisfy the requirement, the modal analysis and random vibration analysis are performed. The analysis results indicate that the rigidity and strength of the antenna structure satisfy the anti-shock requirement of the vehicle-borne working environment. The optimal structure design can provide reference for other similar log-periodical antennas.
