摘要
通过激光扫描获取点云数据实现航空零部件数字化建模的方法,将预处理后的点云数据采用NURBS方法重构曲面片,进而得到数字模型。利用CATIA软件对航空零件中较为复杂的航空发动机叶片进行逆向三维建模,以验证方法的可行性。
By studying the method of acquiring point cloud data by laser scanning,digital modeling of aeronautical components can be implemented,and the pre-processed point cloud data is reconstructed by the NURBS method to obtain a digital model.The inverse three-dimensional modeling of the more complex aero-engine blades in aerospace parts is carried out by CATIA software to verify the feasibility of the method.
