摘要
针对PET透明塑料瓶瓶身外表面的印刷、划痕、色差等缺陷不宜被工作人员检测且容易被漏检的问题,设计了一种基于ARM-Cortex-M3内核的用于瓶身表面缺陷检测的控制系统。该系统通过利用PWM的捕获功能、定时器中断、线性队列等控制过程,实现倒瓶检测、检测量控制和缺陷瓶剔除等控制。通过在工厂的运行测试,该控制系统能够实现稳定的控制功能。
In order to detect the defects on the outer surface of PET transparent plastic bottles such as printing problems,scratches and chromatic aberration which is difficult to be detected by the staff and easily be missed,a control system based on the 32-bit ARM-Cortex-M3 core was designed.The system realizes the control of inverted bottles detection,bottles’quantity and defective bottles rejection though capture function,timer interrupt,linear queue and other control processes of PWM.The result of the operational testing at the factory shows that the control system has stable control function.
