基于离散化茧丝分拆模型的解舒丝长分布解析与模拟生成

摘要 解舒丝长不仅是缫丝工程管理中重要的工艺参数,更是认识茧丝被分拆为多段多次参与生丝并合效果的关键,其数据分布及其模拟生成方法是实现计算机模拟缫丝和工程管理的重要基础与技术手段。然而,简单直观的解舒丝长分布解析方法及其高效的数据模拟生成算法尚有不足。文章在离散化茧丝分拆模型的基础上,对解舒丝长分布进行了解析,并提出了逐步分拆算法以生成解舒丝长模拟数据。通过对茧丝长为一定值和茧丝长符合正态分布取值两种情况的100万次模拟,对所提出的解舒丝长分布进行了计算机实验验证,显示模拟解舒丝长算法高效且可靠,可望进一步应用于计算机模拟缫丝。 Non-broken filament length is not only an important technological parameter in silk reeling engineering management, but also the key to understanding that the cocoon filament is partitioned into multiple segments and participates in the merger of raw silk. In addition, the data distribution and simulation generation method of non-broken filament length are the important foundation and technical means to achieve computer simulation of reeling and engineering management. However, there are still some defects in intuitive and simple method for analyzing the distribution of non-broken filament length and in the efficient digital simulation generating algorithm. Based on the discretized cocoon filament partition model, this paper analyzes the distribution of non-broken filament length, and proposes a stepwise partition algorithm to generate non-broken filament length simulation data. By means of simulating one million times when the length of cocoon filament is a certain value and conforms to the values of normal distribution, computer experiment verification was conducted for the proposed cocoon filament length distribution. The result proves that the proposed method is efficient and reliable, and it is expected to be further used in computer simulation of reeling.
