鹿源枯草芽孢杆菌对小鼠生长性能、细菌易位、血清生化指标和血液学指标的影响

Effects of the Treatment of Bacillus subtilis Isolated from Sika Deer on the Growth Performance,Bacterial Translocation,Serum Biochemical Indices and Hematological Indices in Mice

摘要 对鹿瘤胃内分离鉴定的枯草芽孢杆菌D-12菌株的安全性进行评价,以确定其是否能作为安全、可食用的益生菌,并用于后续产品研发。通过小鼠连续口服枯草芽孢杆菌D-12株28 d喂养毒性试验,观察小鼠行为、活动、饮食、粪便等体征,统计小鼠体重和采食量,计算脏器指数,并对其血液生化指标、细菌易位、血液学指标进行检测。结果显示,小鼠无异常表现;各组小鼠体重、采食量、内脏指数和血清生化指标均无显著差异,血液学指标正常,无细菌易位现象。枯草芽孢杆菌D-12对小鼠安全、无毒副作用。 To assess the safety of Bacillus subtilis D12 strain isolated from the rumen of sika deerwhether it is edible probiotics for the growth ofanimals,a28-day feeding toxicity test was set up in mice.The behavior,activity,diet,feces and other general appearances,body weight,counted the body weight and feed intake,calculated the organ index,and detected blood biochemical indices,bacterial translocation and haematological indices were observed closely during whole experiment.The results demonstrated that mice had no abnormalities during the test period.There was no significant difference in body weight,feed intake,visceral index and serum biochemical indices among different groups.The hematological indices were normal,there was no bacterial translocation.Thus B.subtilis D-12 issafe and non-toxic to mice.
